DePalmer House
DePalmer House, which opened in 1994, serves adults who are homeless and living with HIV or AIDS.
Substance-Use Recovery – Maxwell House
Founded in 1991, Maxwell House is an 18-bed community residence licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) that serves men in early recovery. A diversified staff provides group and individual counseling and supportive services to help residents fulfill their service-plan goals. The staff utilizes principles of motivational interviewing to support individuals and to empower them to make life choices that promote and sustain stable housing options that are conducive to their recovery and health.

Mental Health Recovery – Venture House
Founded in 1980, Venture House is a 10-bed community residence for adults who have a serious and persistent mental illness. Residents are referred to treatment providers within the community to address their mental health and/or substance-use disorders. Residents collaborate with staff to develop their plan. Service is focused on increasing personal self-determination and on improving self-sufficiency by enhancing and connecting natural and community-based supports. Residents are then linked to appropriate services that address the full range of their needs and concerns, while reflecting client values and strengths.
