MENTAL HEALTH OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

WALK IN APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE

Our thoughts on mental health.

You are you – and there is no other person with the same design.  Our team first focuses on getting to know you, along with everything that has made you who you are today and the challenges you face.  Together, we create your plan of care that fits your interests and needs, with the understanding that twists and turns are part of the recovery journey.

Your care team will be by your side, making sure your plan changes as you change and also connects you to the right medical, mental health, housing, employment, and other important resources you might need.  At Liberty, our focus on integrated care helps all of these factors work together, and in turn, treat the whole person.

We believe that all people deserve quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay.  Send an email to our benefits teams to see if you are eligible for discounted healthcare services.
